Group Exercise classes are free to members. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving towards your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Looking for greater results or need additional motivation?  A certified YMCA Personal Trainer can coach you to new levels of fitness.  Your trainer will evaluate your health history and lifestyle to design a program that will specifically meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.

2-Person Group sessions are 60 minutes.  Save a few dollars and share your experience with a friend.

FITNESS ORIENTATION

New to the Y?  We offer a complimentary fitness orientation with one of our staff for all new members as an introduction to our cardiovascular and strength training equipment.  Appointments can be  made at Members Services.

Y FIT

Y Fit is a program that will provide you with an easy to follow fitness plan. Our highly trained staff will coach you to set attainable goals and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success.  In three shorts meetings, we can take you from an exercise skeptic to a confident individual who is excited about working out.  See one of our wellness staff to get started on your journey.

PRAYER WALKERS

Join us every Monday at 6:30 pm to walk and pray for those in need.  This is a fantastic way to get your spirit and body workout at the same time.  During the walk, you will be guided by a YMCA volunteer to prompt you and keep you moving and praying.  Help impact our community through prayer.  Meet in the front lobby.  Walks will be inside on the track or outside on the trail.
