A YMCA certified personal trainer will take you through an initial consultation to discuss exercise history, health history, and your fitness goals.  The trainer will guide you through an exercise program designed specifically for your needs.

Athletic Training focuses on speed, agility, and endurance training that can be utilized in all sports, rather than sport specific gaming techniques.

What to expect
   Improved sense of movement and awareness.
   Better mobility and coordination.
   Improved speed and agility.
   Ladder, parachute, and resistance drills.

Our Athletic Trainer
Cadarreus Mason is a certified personal trainer and also had a BA in Exercise Physiology. He played football at UNCP and defensive end for the Pro Arena football team, Florida Tarpons.

His energy and positive attitude mixed with his knowledge base make him an asset as an Athletic Trainer.

   1, 1 hour session - $40
   5, 1 hour sessions - $175
   10, 1 hours sessions -$300

   Small Group (2-6) 
   1, 1 hour session - $60
   5, 1 hours sessions - $275
   10, 1 hour sessions - $500

   $25 registration fee for all non-members


Youth 11 and under are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

Ages 12-13 are permitted with a parent/guardian after they complete an orientation (parent/guardian must attend orientation also).

Teens 14-15 can workout on their own after their orientation.
