Personal Training

Need help reaching your goal?  How about getting started?

A YMCA certified personal trainer will take you through an initial consultation to discuss exercise history, health history, and your fitness goals.  The trainer will guide you through an exercise program designed specifically for your needs.

  30 minutes 60 minutes 2-Person Group
1 session      $20      $35         $40
5 sessions      $90      $150         $180
10 sessions      $170      $250         $340

2-Person Group sessions are 60 minutes.

Fitness Center Policy for youth

Youth 11 and under are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

Ages 12-13 are permitted with a parent/guardian after they complete an orientation (parent/guardian must attend orientation also).

Teens 14-15 can workout on their own after their orientation.
