Group Exercise classes are free to members. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving towards your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Looking for greater results or need additional motivation?  A certified YMCA Personal Trainer can coach you to new levels of fitness!  Your trainer will evaluate your health history and lifestyle to design a program that will specifically meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.

All packages expire 6 months from the date they were purchased.

2-Person Group sessions are 60 minutes.

TOBACCO FREE 4 ME

Are you ready to quit smoking or smokeless tobacco for good?  If so, this free, ongoing four week educational program is for you!  Each week participants will understand the “why” behind their tobacco habit, how to break the habit, and reliable methods to remain tobacco free for life.

Every Tuesday, beginning August 7th from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

FITNESS CENTER POLICY FOR YOUTH

Youth 10 and under are not permitted in the Fitness Center.  Ages 11-13 are permitted with a parent/guardian after they complete an orientation (parent/guardian must attend orientation also).  Teens 14-15 can workout on their own after their orientation.
