Active Older Adults

The Y has fitness classes specifically designed for older adults. They give participants an opportunity to stay physically active or, in some cases, to overcome their fear of exercise and begin being physically active.

Programs include water exercise, yoga and stretching classes, walking classes, book clubs, bible study groups, bridge club, Lunch and Learn workshops, social gatherings, and trips.



What is Pickleball?  It's a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Member Open Play:  Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00 - 11:30 am

Bridge Club

Are you a Bridge player?  Come join the fun!  Every Thursday at 12:30 pm.  

Y Wonders Book Club

We'd love to hear your thoughts on a few books!  We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 12:30 pm.


We play every 2nd and 4th Monday.  Only $1.50 to play.  Prizes included!
