GROUP EXERCISE
Group Exercise classes are free to members. We have morning, afternoon and evening classes offered Monday through Friday, Saturday morning classes and one Sunday afternoon class. Click here for a complete aerobics schedule (printable version).
12 WEEKS TO A BETTER YOU
The purpose of this program is to help inactive people become active and work towards a consistent healthier lifestyle by setting up an exercise routine and guiding them for the first twelve weeks. The program will include:
- At least four one-on-one appointments with Fitness staff
- Encouragement and support from Fitness Staff
To begin the program, please call Jenny Buchanan at 704-857-7011 or stop by the Front Desk to make an appointment. Now it is as easy to get into an exercise routine as it is to get out of one.

PERSONAL TRAINING
This program is designed for the individual and their specific goals. The individual will receive one-on-one training and a fitness program that has been designed to meet their objectives. The objectives will be met by cardiovascular training, resistance training, flexibility training, and proper nutrition.
Cost per session $30.00
(session lasts approximately 1 hour)

FITNESS TESTING
We are offering four tests for our members in order to find out how fit theyare. The battery of tests will include:
Flexibility Test (sit and reach test)
Strength Test (YMCA bench press test or YMCA push up test)
Body Composition Test (skin fold caliper test)
Cardiovascular Test (3 minute step test or sub maximal treadmill test)
