Water Exercise Classes
Water cushions and protects the bones and muscles and helps prevent injury. Your body weighs only 10% of its actual weight in the water. Therefore, pool exercise is a great stress free workout!! The water's resistance forces your muscles to work harder, making your workout more efficient in less time. Water exercise strengthens and improves body tone, keeps the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in good shape and improves flexibility and coordination. MUST BE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE.   Printable version of Water Exercise Class Descriptions    and Active Older Adults Exercise Class Schedule
